The Brief
Sanderson Group were preparing to occupy a new-build warehouse and needed a high-density pallet racking solution to be in place and operational from day one. The system had to support fast-moving stock, integrate with narrow aisle trucks, and allow for efficient expansion as business volumes grew
The Challenge
Design a layout that delivers maximum storage in a compact footprint without creating congestion or compromising picking efficiency. The system had to be installed alongside ongoing site works, ready to go live as soon as the client moved in, and fully compliant with CDM 2015.
What We Delivered
- Full design and installation of a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) racking system tailored to the client’s product profile and MHE requirements
- Aisle widths, beam heights and bay sizes optimised for operational speed and accessibility
- Installation delivered on a tight programme, ready for day-one use

The Result
The new facility launched with a fully operational, high-capacity racking system, ready to support the client’s logistics operation from day one. The warehouse now operates at high efficiency with no wasted space, fast product movement, and flexibility for future scale-up.
