The Brief
Dusk.com a fast-growing e-commerce brand specialising in stylish, high-quality homeware needed a complete warehouse fit-out to match their rapid expansion. Their newly acquired Doncaster site required a high-density, high-access storage system capable of supporting everything from bulky beds and mattresses to sofas, wardrobes, and sideboards – all available for quick dispatch across the UK.
The Challenge
The project involved transforming a blank site into a fully functioning, high-capacity logistics hub all while working around an already live operation. That meant managing health and safety to the highest standard, implementing a phased handover plan, and coordinating the delivery and installation of 54 containers of material – without disrupting Dusk’s day-to-day fulfilment.

•VNA racking for fast, selective pallet access

- Precision layout planning to suit e-commerce picking patterns and inventory profiles
- Delivered under CDM 2015, including full project documentation, risk assessments and compliance
- Phased installation carried out alongside live operations – with zero disruption to outbound logistics
All materials – over 50 containers’ worth – delivered, handled, and installed on schedule
