The Brief

Magnum Logistics were launching operations at a new distribution facility at London Gateway Port, marking their strategic entry into the 3PL logistics market. After years as a freight forwarder, they required a versatile pallet racking solution capable of supporting a broad mix of client products, pallet types, and handling requirements all within a layout optimised for performance and scalability.

The Challenge

Design a system that could handle a wide range of inbound and outbound stock profiles with the flexibility to adapt as the client base expanded. The racking needed to support both Euro and CHEP pallets, ensure fast forklift access, and allow for efficient reconfiguration as warehousing contracts evolved. Timing was critical, with installation needing to align tightly with the site’s launch schedule.
