The Brief

Martin Brower needed to expand racking capacity at their fully operational distribution centre in Heywood but without disrupting ongoing stock movements, order fulfilment, or warehouse access. The project had to be delivered through phased handovers, with new pallet positions coming online in stages to match operational demand.

The Challenge

Install a full pallet racking system including safety protection, mesh panels, identification labelling, and custom partitioning in a live warehouse environment. Phase one had a strict deadline: 2,000 pallet spaces had to be installed and ready for use in just 5 working days, with no interruption to active operations.

The Result

The project was delivered on time, safely, and without compromise.
