The Brief

To support growing logistics volumes, Uniserve required a complete warehouse fit-out capable of handling both large-scale pallet storage and fine-pick small parts. The solution had to be fully integrated, compliant with all relevant standards, and delivered by a single, accountable partner from planning to handover.
