The Brief
To support growing logistics volumes, Uniserve required a complete warehouse fit-out capable of handling both large-scale pallet storage and fine-pick small parts. The solution had to be fully integrated, compliant with all relevant standards, and delivered by a single, accountable partner from planning to handover.
The Challenge
Deliver a complex, multi-layered install including pallet racking, shelving, fire safety, lighting, labelling and protection systems all under a single programme and fully compliant with CDM 2015. The project needed to align with a tight mobilisation schedule and ensure no disruption to operational timelines.

- Small parts shelving system to support high-SKU inventory

- Anti-collapse mesh screens
- Racking protection and impact barriers
- In-rack sprinkler system
- Full warehouse lighting across storage and marshalling zones
- Racking identification labelling for inventory control
- Delivery under CDM 2015 as Principal Contractor, with full site coordination, safety documentation and compliance
- Seamless install completed to programme, with zero overruns or scope changes
